Yummy Crispy Baked Fish Recipe : Recipezaar

This is a tasty recipe for broiled fish. I used hot water and grinded flax side in place of milk. And for the breading I used whole wheat flower, polenta, oatmeal and the spices. It was great with spicy rice.
